Product Description

ACEY-3740A ultrasonic wire bonding machine is a specialized device developed for inner lead welding in lithium battery packs. It features a rotating welding head, a fully digital automatic frequency-tracking ultrasonic system, digitally controlled pressure adjustment, advanced vision recognition, and fully closed-loop motion control. The machine enables low-resistance, high-reliability connections for large-current conduction through aluminum wire welding, and is widely used in Tesla 18650, 21700, 26800 power batteries and energy storage systems.

Product Features

  • Material handling can be manual or robotic: automatic identification and positioning, automatic bonding, followed by manual or robotic unloading.
  • This assembly machine is dedicated to bonding production for customer-specified battery products and is not a universal device.
  • For other products, modifications may be required based on actual conditions.
  • The machine mainly consists of a frame assembly, XYZC feed module, automatic feeding mechanism, wire delivery system, fixture positioning and clamping components, welding head assembly, and control console.
  • X-axis uses an imported linear motor; Y and Z modules use precision ball screw drives with repeat positioning accuracy better than ±0.02 mm; C-axis angle positioning accuracy is ±1°.
  • Control system combines an industrial PC with a motion control card to drive servo motors; operation and maintenance are simple, interface is user-friendly, and all parameters are digitally adjustable, offering high flexibility.
  • Quick-clamp mechanism with single-button start makes loading simple, safe, and efficient.
